How to Make a Complaint

Mature tree beside an older house with a narrow side driveway

Sheettip Tree Service wants homeowners to have fair and honest experiences when contacting us. Please let us know when something goes wrong. This page outlines the complaint process and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Raise

You can report concerns about:

  • Your experience contacting Sheettip Tree Service by phone or another method
  • Our handling of your personal information
  • Website details that seem incorrect or unclear
  • Conduct by a provider we connected you with

When the Concern Involves Tree Work

Providers in our network operate independently. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with work at your property, it usually makes sense to speak directly with the provider first. Keep a written record of that exchange.

Please also tell us what happened. Provider feedback supports an honest network, and repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. However, Sheettip Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on that provider's behalf.

Details to Send

Submit your complaint to contact@sheettip.lat. Include the following information:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted Sheettip Tree Service or the provider
  • Which number you dialed or form you used, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if available
  • What happened and the action you would like us to take

How We Handle the Complaint

Expect an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will examine what happened and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If our response leaves your concern unresolved, reply and request another review. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state or local licensing office may be another source of help for matters involving licensed contractors.
